I bought this eq about a month ago. No support, no e-mail just took my money. I needed to switch to a new computer and was unable to use the plug because I couldn't get in touch with these guys to get a new license. All my other plugin were no problem, Softube, Voxengo, the glue Soundtoys ect... No problems at all. The Overtone guys big problem. I even went to there youtube page to make contact but have not heard anything. Avoid this company!

I have opposite experience with the overtone support. really responsive and kind. have never any problem with their products and support.
