Patterned broadly after some basic concepts of a very small Buchla 200 modular system.

This is NOT intended to be a emulation of the sound or precise function of any Buchla modules or instrument; only a way to experience some of the unique 'West Coast' way of thinking about sound generation and alteration.

- Random Voltage/stepLFO.

- Dual Voltage Processor, based on the 257.

-A pair of Complex Waveform Generators (FM plus wave-folding). Layout patterned after the 261e; does NOT claim to emulate it's actual waveforms/sound. Like the 261e, each contains a Primary Oscillator (in this case, FM) and a Modulation Oscillator (conventional analog waveforms) that can also be used at audio frequencies as an additional signal source. If one of the repeating envelopes is used as an LFO, one can have as many as four oscillators running (two FM and two 'analog').

-A Quad Envelope Generator, inspired by the 281 Quad Function Generator.

-A Quad Low-Pass filter/VCA, very loosely approximating the 292 Quad LPG.

-A Mixer/Preamplifier patterned after the 207.

-An approximation of some of the functions of the 221 Kinesthetic Input Port, including the unique "2D Voltage Source", a joystick that outputs four distinct control voltages: from center up, from center down, from center left and from center right.

Patching is by drop-downs at each signal and CV input.

v1.0.5 - improved control voltage ranges.

v1.0.6 - fixed inverse modulations.

32-bit, so will require jBridge, etc., (or a DAW that will bridge) for use on 64-bit systems.

The link on the website is to a Sync.com folder that also contains the .osm Synthmaker source 'schematics', so anyone with SM, or it's successor Flowstone, can alter it to suit. It's hoped that anyone who makes significant improvements will share the result with everyone.

As this was originally built for my own use only, there are no presets included; I wanted to come at the instrument anew each time, as one did with vintage analog hardware.
