Quick Tip:

(My experience is from 03.04.2017) On the download screen, the site says:

Please try with different browsers if you have some issues with the download!

I'm using a MacBook Pro, running OS X 10.10.5 and, in fact, encountered some issues!

Issues:
Safari would ask for a password then say the page was expired, then ask for box.com account login credentials! FAIL

Chrome made it a step further than Safari, but hung up trying to connect to box.com FAIL

but when all hope was lost...

*POW!*

FIREFOX came through LIKE A BOSS!

I share this story with the hope that it saves someone some time or frustration.
