I just bought the blessed thing, and boy, am I ever glad that I did! I was using Kjaherus Classic Limiter, Aradaz MaXIMIZER 5, 4front W1, and a few others, but none of those were accurate nor transparent enough for me. I realize that if you want professional results, you need to spend professional fees; usually. However, after reading some reviews and comments about the TB Barricade limiter, I decided to give the trial version a go. I immediately noticed a huge difference.

Once upon a time I had a "borrowed" version of Waves L2. (Praise God, I don't use any borrowed versions of software since a few years now.) I was seriously considering saving up to buy a shiny new license for Waves L2, but decided to give TB Barricade a try since it was free trial with the only limitation being that I couldn't save my settings. Well, after playing with it for a while, it seemed every bit as clear and transparent as any of the high-priced commercial offerings. Sure, a $300 Limiter plugin would be cool to own, but for only $20, I got somethin' really, really, clear, transparent, and effective now.

I thank God for Jeroen Breebaart, Guido Scognamiglio, Bootsy, Poulin, and other developers of their ilk, who provide excellent quality soundwares for free and/or affordable prices. God Bless y'all, in Jesus' name. (yeah, I'm a preacher. . lol)
