UFO Light is a "light" version of Audeon's flagship product - UFO (Unique Filters and Oscillators). Though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that enable UFO to produce complex textures and voice-like sounds, UFO Light shares the same synthesis technology and user interface concept as its big brother. It is therefore a good way of discovering Transmodal Synthesis, and since UFO Light presets are fully compatible with UFO, you can upgrade anytime and take your existing presets to the next level.

TransModal Synthesis relies on K-Osc, an oscillator model capable of smoothly transitioning between different oscillation modes like harmonic, noisy or chaotic, and Morphilter, a filter allowing continuous transitions between modes (low-pass, high-pass, etc.).
