Founded by a Glasgow-based audio engineer and producer, Nome House Studios represents the intersection of psychological science, audio physics, and high-level software development. Starting in the DIY basement scenes of Colorado and evolving through dual degrees in Psychology and Audio Technology, the DeShawn J (Founder, Audio engineer, and Indie software Dev) has spent the last 10 years managing advanced AV systems for corporate theaters and working as an audio engineer for indie labels and recording studios. Having moved from Denver, CO to Glasgow, Scotland, he now operates at the leading edge of audio utility development: creating "Local-First" tools that empower artists and engineers. His mission is to solve the invisible workflow bottlenecks that slow down creativity, allowing audio professionals to spend less time on manual file management and more time on the music that matters.
