Oatmeal skins, patches and presets

ugh this is so annoying. gimp keeps adding metadata unless is specify not to and i get a blank screen when loading the skin. don't think this is worth the effort

Howdy, long time no see.

Someone brought to my attention that Oatmeal's not available anymore. I've uploaded what I've got in my folder presently from the last AIO zip I still have on my drive since May 2010. Anything since then I likely don't have, but it is v38-1. One of grymmjack's custom skins on by default. Also added a bank I may have not finished but will leave as-is "djtuBIGMaliceX__-_Unison_Frenzy.omb"

Thanks for the link, I havent used this synth in a long time and totally forgot about it.

Too bad it's pretty tiny on my 4k screen but oh well. Still better than the other skins I think.

I can barely read that dark blue-on-black, but hey more skins is always a good thing.

If anyone could collate whatever missing stuff that's missing, it would be greatly appreciated. Happy to provide hosting.

If anyone's interested I've upscaled the lumina skin for Oatmeal.
Resolution is now 1200x945 and should be readable on non HiDPI monitors.
No support for HiDPI screens (yet).

Massive thanks to Limeflavour for breathing new life into Oatmeal! It is finally readable now

Oatmeal is still one of the best Synths. Only thing that I miss: a (good looking) larger skin. Some of the existing skins are very nice, but all are too small for modern screen sizes, imo.

The other day i was thinking when will they release Oatmea vsti as open source?

this thing needs to be x64 and get a proper preset manager...

This is the key difference between this and Synth1 per example, Oatmeal can be incredibly deep and powerfull for such low foot-print, it all it needs is some love...

So if anyone knows the devs, ask them to release the source... i am pretty sure lots of people would be interesting in continue to work in this.

Dev has been MIA for over a decade... So it's unfortunately unlikely to happen. It's a shame, because yes, it would be really nice to have it 64-bit and VST3 and AU etc.
