I know massive has it. What are the others? Any synth with a very customizable randomize function?

Good topic :)

I know many of the H.G. Fortune synths have a randomize function with the "Lazy" button.

Massive has a set of randomization controls (letting you choose what to randomize and by how much).

Crystal has some randomize/evolve controls, and I know others do too but I don't recall which offhand.

Autogun and Black Box have only a randomize button, if I recall correctly.

Synplant has randomization as a major part of its interface.

Absynth's Mutator is by far the best randomizer I came across so far in terms of useable outcomes. Predator had a pretty good one too.

It is good but very much inspired by the mutator in the Nord G2 Modular - that for me is still the best implementation of randomising, morphing and evolution of the results.

Not sure what your DAW is, but Sonar's VST wrapper has a randomize function that lets you randomize most synths.
