Same here, I already have the sounds I want to make in my head before, so I construct them in a deliberate way.
What is the point of clicking some random button a zillion times until something more or less reasonable comes up?
it's called being inspired in unexpected ways? Sometimes we just want to hear a sound that we haven't thought about or intended.

Markus, is there anyway to have influence on the randomizer function in Icarus ? I did not found anything in the manual so far.
The only thing that has influence on the random-result it is the 'seed' (programmer's joke). :hihi:

To answer the question: Currently not. But it is possible the extend the functionality here if there is demand

I would be interested in having more adjustments for that feature...

There's a neat tool that does that for Synth1 :)

(SY1RND.zip)
Is this tool still available? I can't find it yet!

HomeGrown Sounds
https://hgsounds.com/product-category/kontakt/
Has randomizers (dice or "R") in all their Kontakt instruments.
Many or all functions have a randomizer button.

Big sale currently and Group Buy going on.
Some fantastic bargains.

The dinosaur Simmolator has a randomize button. Mostly makes junk sounds, but you can get some good ones too.
