Yes, and we plan to further develop it further.2ZrgE wrote:From the description I didn't quite get it: is Bliss capable of autosampling over a defined range?

Could you post or send the crash log (Documents > discoDSP > BLiss > log file) to bliss@discodsp.com or dropbox? Thanks.MillerSam wrote:Now tried Absynth 5 VST and it works, Aalto VST doesn't work to sample.
And I got a crash during closing the VST inside Bliss with Studio One 3 Pro

The £ price is coming up as £64, rather than £59. And can I buy using PayPal without setting up a ShareIt Account?
And I saw this "a delivered License.dat file to be placed at Documents > discoDSP > Bliss "- perhaps it could be in the same folder as the dll itself? Or do other files go in that location too? Even better, make it a user-configurable setting.

Try again, you should get £59, sorry about that.DarkStar wrote:The £ price is coming up as £64, rather than £59. And can I buy using PayPal without setting up a ShareIt Account?
Current location is fine for now, as it's very easy to locate. We will add license.day drag'n'drop and auto-find on future releases. And I saw this "a delivered License.dat file to be placed at Documents > discoDSP > Bliss "- perhaps it could be in the same folder as the dll itself? Yep, looks good now and thank you for adding those features to the "to do " list (which I'm sure will get several Kontakt-like and Mach-5-like" features added to it too).
All I need to do now is try it out
----------------------------------------
But I would much prefer a few files, to be copied manually, rather than an installer.

installed ok, but got error trying to run it. turns out that
it needs MSVCP100.dll to run on XP. i loaded up a sfz guitar instrument in it with savihost.
CPU shoots to 100% hitting one note. NOT GOOD
also dont like that it spreads pieces of itself outside the DLL folder.

Please send sfz or a link if possible to bliss@discodsp.com so we can check that out.layzer wrote:installed ok, but got error trying to run it. turns out that

DL by clicking the round "zip" button
keep in mind this happens with bliss loaded into savihost under XP SP3.
may not happen in win7,8, 10, 20 0r 500

I've been looking for vst like this.. Thanks george for reading my mind (sorry about the amount of porn)
Played with it a while and it's quite a.. Bliss..
Can't figure out any real use (for now) for sampling vst's.. But playing with samples is heck of a fun. And I CAN sample my hardware, I have vst editor for it and it loads nicely
Works well (for now) on my x64 win 10 machine

Way too much to mention them all, since Bliss is 99.9% different code and design-wise, but the most remarkable are:whyterabbyt wrote:What are the notable differences between this and Highlife?
- VSTi sampling for all platforms. It's remarkable that you can load VST on AU hosts like Logic.
- Scalable / themeable GUI.
- 8 macro assignments.
- Selectable oversampling / SINC modes.
- 4 voices Unison with detuning.
- Brand new dual Zero-Delay Feedback filters w/ 7 types.
- Soft clipper.
- Selectable Pre Post Effects: Bit reducer, Phaser, Distortion.
- Detachable sample editor (opens in another window and can go full screen).
- LUA scripting engine for program loading: add new file formats easily.
- ZBP programs and ZBB banks (24-bit lossless FLAC) / Encrypted ZBP and ZBB for 3rd party soundware.
