Can I make a playful, sheepish request for the TurboGrafx-16/PC-Engine... I know it got kinda blown out of the water in North America but a wavetable synth run on an 8-bit CPU that was also doing the game code... well that just seems kinda mindblowing.

I just bought it. I'm running the VST3 version in Bitwig 3.02, and there's a bug when selecting presets:
The first time a preset loads -- either with the forward/back buttons on the GUI, or selecting it from the dropdown menu -- it's either silent or wrong.
If I then reselect the same preset from the menu, it's correct.
The difference is reflected in the UI as well as the sound.
This is also true of "Custom Patch" selection -- first try is often wrong, second try (from the dropdown) is right.
The VST2 version seems to be fine, so I'll use that.

Thanks for the report. Our VST3 code is quite new, so bumps are yeah ... We will check it asap.

Hi David.
Yesterday I had the time to spend several hours with Chipsynth MD and I think this is - soundwise - your masterpiece so far. Never heard such a detailed sound in an FM softsynth emulation. This instrument seems to be breathing. I experimented much with the randomizer and started from there. Later I added Glitchmachines Fracture XT as an insert effect and those 2 together produced astonishing soundscapes. I could make a whole sample library out of it in no time. I am so glad you made that thing happen. Thank you so much.
It would be a great improvement for a future update if the modulators depth (usually 100%) could be changed with the mousewheel or a slider. You have to enter the value with a mouseclick followed by a keyboard entry. That´s very distracting from the workflow.
Keep up the amazing work.
My dream for the future is if you would do a 8 OP FM synth like the CASIO VZ-1 one day with the sound quality of Chipsynth MD but make it independable free from any original hardware chip. Just like a new improved modern DX7 with modulators galore which are not stepped but fluidly programmable like in BLUE II or FM8 or in the FM module of MSoundfactory. Just build a new dreamlike monster FM machine with absolutely NO limits...THIS would be the greatest FM synth ever avaible...may I dream a bit?
Have joy and be sound.

Hello, I just bought some Production Voices pianos and every time I attempt to access the plogue site for the download of the player I'm getting an "HTTP 403 forbidden" error, telling me this site requires me to login.
Login where exactly? Any suggestions how to acess the Plogue website would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
-edit- A different browser did the trick. Disregard this post, all good now.
