Is this timedtretching working for all samples you load in? Or only the guitar Module?

Can you talk a little about how the multi loops are put together? Do you record (in these cases) major and minor in a variety of keys, and then the software figures out what goes where as you play? I may have missed it in the video, but I'm guessing you have options to retrigger from the start or switch mid-loop? And bonus question - will some of these have more chord variations such as sus, 7th etc?
yes indeed, usually there are 24 wavs per kit... 12min, 12maj
sometimes there is an 7th, 5th oder sus2/4 also involved, which sums up pretty quickly to 48 or more samples. The loops are usually 4 or 8 bars long, so you have a variation in the end.

they are changed on the fly, as soon as the internal chord detection detects the chord.

Good stuff, looks very nicely done. Thanks Manuel.

thats great, and with loop start, loop end and offset seem many loops possible. when it is possible to map loop start loop end and offset at a macro button there can diffrent sequences create too and change with a macro button press

there are 3 macro knobs but only 2 macro buttons. when have 3 macro buttons fit better in GUI Layout and offer more features

Hi how can I do that OSC Pitch KTRK ?

Sorry a new user that didn't read the manual yet or saw all videos but wanted to make this :)
Also for Keytrack, is there a mapping control that you could control more options like the curve of" keytracking"?

Thanks!

Post

its in the modmatrix on the "+" / OSC / there it is

the keytracking ranges can be edited in the "zones" page

 I can't wait for this I can see some reggae and reggaeton expansion in the future with this awsome pure genius thanks for your hard work

Some orchestral expansion too with violin, cello and viola loops would be awsome

They are most times not visible on a CPU monitor, but the manifest themself as a tiny audio click.
It took some time to find out that Avenger was the source of those clicks.
I get them on my Mac and PC.

To make them more obvious for testing purpose, the easiest way is to lower the buffer rate to the minumum possible value. (my mac 32-, PC 64 Samples, )
At this state I hear clicks at most keypress, even with an init patch playing one osc.
Before the last update I could even play heavy patches without those clicks and that at 32 Samples !
I can only test the demo 1.4.2 . i find 1 sequence that make strange problems. crackle lots and changeing CPU load.It is the sequence SQ Hardrocker. to hear better can solo that only the Mute 1 sound is play. it crackle around 2 times/sec on diffrent places with 128 samples asio buffer. with 256 samples asio buffer it crackle every 5-6 sec sometimes. But when i use other sequences for example SQ Chill D´n´d never come crackle. I use reaper 64 bit and 128 sample asio buffer in other sequences. happen on diffrent sound cards.

maybe developer can hear crackle in this sound/effect setting too. I try on this sequence other samples and disable all effects, crackle come too. very strange. this is only preset currently i hear the problem

why so little buffersizes? I use at least 512, sometimes even 1024, and still can play live very well (see my videos)#
You get a LOT more CPU power, when using bigger sizes

Post

when i use buffer 512 then SQ hardrcocker do very selden crackle. but every 30 -40 sec. so low buffer are to test and notice that sooner. The strange is, other sequences work ok with 32 sample buffer. what happen on your system when you solo the mute 1 OSC (left) and use 128 sample buffer on SQ HardRocker. does it crackle too, but other sequences not ?.

Hey magicmusic - I was just using Avenger and realised it was crackling a little bit too, just on one patch (it's one I made myself).
My CPU was only around 15% but when I raised my buffers up to 512 it stopped crackling.
But something's not right since CPU was very low.
Then I copied my Avenger content from a "normal" disk to a SSD. Now I can play the part with buffers = 64 and it plays fine.
So maybe your crackles are coming from disk access and not because of buffer size.

Just tested 20-ish sequences at 32samples buffer and they load my i9 up to 30% bu no crackles. And yes, my content resides on SSD.
However, I keep my buffer at 1024 (or 2048 for busy projects), can't see any reason to keep it on the small side.

Post

I keep it small (64) when recording parts - to keep latency down.
It doesn't matter when using arps/sequencers etc - just for playing "keyboard" parts.
also - I have to keep latency down for playing guitar parts - as I always use amp/speaker sims and you really want to keep latency down.

Then I put the buffer sizes back up for mixing. ;)
