Don't know about Bazille, but Beatzille is very fun and great sounding. It's definitely convinced me to grab a modular synth on my next purchase.

I just spent 4 or 5 hours with Bazille without noticing time passing. Very dangerous software. Should come with a warning.

Along with a warning for this thread. "Warning: Severe pissing-matches and ass-kissing ahead." Lol.

ACE Turbo! It's got a turbo!Urs wrote:Names might change - I think we used "ACE XL" merely figuratively, to describe the concept of "like ACE but much bigger". I don't think ACE XL would be a great name for a synth, but we shall see...fmr wrote:it should be ACE XL.

Sorry for the off topic, but will be there an update to ACE (like ACE 2?). The most thing missing IMO is a sequencer similar to the one in ARP2600V from Arturia. I think this would be a great addition to ACEUrs wrote:Names might change - I think we used "ACE XL" merely figuratively, to describe the concept of "like ACE but much bigger". Let's put it that way: It's not on the list of projects we currently work on, but there is a list of plans and ideas. Let's talk about this once Zebra 2.8, Zebra3, maybe a larger Diva update, a Pro-5 emu, a drum thing and a few more .x updates have been rolled out.EnGee wrote:Sorry for the off topic, but will be there an update to ACE (like ACE 2?). reading the manual would also help quickly.Chandran wrote:I Love Bazille! This synth is full of character and sound great if you know how to tweak it!!! If you need learning Bazille check out this Groove 3 tutorial, is very good even for intermediate synthesysts and usefull for advanced ones "to quickly take control of this Beast"

For me personally, it took too long to program it, as this type of synthesis is alien to me. It has a great sound though, and if only my funds were good during the introductory pricing I would have bought it. ACE is one of my faves though; I found it quick/easy to program from the get go, and that filter is unique AF

So ACE~2, as AnX said, maybe 2030!

Hmmm, let me count, 50 + 13 ... , Oh OK! I might be alive still

Please please please don't get distracted by anything else now. No impulse weekend projects...and whatever magic you put in Repro-1, put it in Zebra.
