I have the serials from Sonivox today and also another email from Nektar as a follow up as I haven't received the keyboard yet.

Thank you Luftrum, Simon, Justin, Gareth and Satya for all the outstanding communication and follow up, and of course for delivering the items I have won :D

Got my licenses for Akai today and the groove3 access last week only waiting on the propellerhead reason 10 but the first two buys should keep me busy this weekend, thanks to Luftrum and team for organizing this!

Received Shaperbox from Cableguys on Thursday. They very kindly gave me a discount coupon too, as I already owned Volumeshaper :)

If anyone who won Bastl stuff hasnt seen an email from Luftrum, sent a couple of days ago, check your spam folder as that's where my copy wound up. :bang:

You almost certainly want to read and reply to it.

Whyte and Trigger, you two were the last on my Bastl list, I also wondered why it took so long? Now I know why. I have forwarded your delivery address to Bastl now.

What's the right timeframe to start getting worried about Teenage Engineering lack of contact asking my model choice?

Almost 2 weeks now, so... is it ok for me to contact them now?

Is that still something expected to be done at this point by Luftrum?

:help:

...and nope, nothing in the spam folder:

Code: Select all

(messages that have been in Spam more than 30 days will be automatically deleted)
Hooray, no spam here!
...in fact, I get regular emails from @teenage.engineering and @teenageengineering.com so that would never happen :ud:

ok, thanks. I'll wait 'till tonight. If nothing new happens today, I'll contact support, referencing this thread.

...if all fails, I'll have to bother my inner contacts in there :? which I was trying to avoid at all cost just because of this

Let's hope your contact works

Thanks again, Luftrum :)
