Halions SONIC III is free to everyone... not just Cubase users... so this is of potential value to any DAW users... The links to the free Halion SONIC SE III are here http://www.samplefuel.com

Yes...absolutely works in all DAWS and stand alone.

Your link is missing a few characters. All the info is here https://www.samplefuel.com/

Wow, this is impressive! This is a very generous offering for free. It's obvious a lot of thought and care went into making this granular sample mangler, such as all the fx and a nice little set of IRs for the on-board convolution verb. Very nice, Samplefuel! I can't wait to dive further into Drop-Cre8 over the weekend. :tu:

Thanks for the kind words....I hope you have a lot of fun with it.

Be sure to check out our other instruments POLY and WAVE (Very inexpensive $34.99 each or bundled together for $49.99) ...plus there is a very good demo version of POLY you can download and try out as well.

There is also a stand-alone version of HALion Sonic SE.... Although most users will use the VST, AU or AAX versions.

Can the GUI/UX be re-sized for this?

I wish it could.... Limitation of the HALion platform.... Hopefully in an update maybe they will change that.... Personally I would find that a useful feature.

More than useful - necessary, IMHO. On a 4K monitor, this is very difficult to use (though, like you said, this is an issue with the Halion platform). :(

Yes...I use it on a 49" 4k... If it were a lot smaller than the 49" it would look quite small.... As almost everything would look too small for me.... But yes being able to resize would be extremely helpful.

This is great! Thank you and congratulations! I only miss CF Offset and Res Offset for the dual filters. Would you mind adding those parameters?

An advanced user that knows HALion! The QC Filter sort of does something similar for at least the filter....but I will look into adding that across all our products.....it might be fairly easy to implement.

Thanks for the input.
