just look at the video you posted up top...@10 seconds, 14 seconds, 20seconds...ect ect. literally every time the preset is changed. im not sure how you cant see it.
It's probably due to the "artificial intelligence resampling/morphing, neuronal synthesis and complex resynthesis" algorithms affecting the GUI in "futuristic, innovative and mysterious ways." We wouldn't be clever enough to understand it.

You can load and using "Psy speaking synths 1" also in Quantakor.
