Here are some tracks made strictly with Factory sounds only. No external FX except some light EQ.

I was a patch designer for the official release; one of my tracks is on the Sugar Bytes Factory webpage.

Thank you very much, sounds really nice.
I bought Factory and hope to find the time to explore its sonic quality.

Merry Christmas to all of you guys and your loved ones!

Really impressive synth, great sound quality. Just be careful with some presets, they are LOUD.

No. As far as I read in their manual you cannot randomize any parameter of the synth. (Only) the modulation matrix and the preset selection.
Just downloaded demo again.
Clicking the "O" in Factory seems to randomize everything (as far as I can tell so far).

Here's a demo I put together for Factory and Cyclop featuring patches I made for both libraries.

At first glance, I was like "All this mod matrix but only 2 ADSR envelopes?!!"... Then I found the 4 sequencers that can modulate everything... Then I found the massive array of oscillator options.... Next I learned the effects can be mod destinations... Then I learned how to Morph between parameter states... Then I tried mutating the matrix with the mod wheel... At some point soon I'll figure out how to use Sample and Hold for randomization...

Factory is my favorite! SOOO much power in such a small space. The only drawback I've found is the effects have to apply to all oscillators. In contrast, on Sektor I can send some oscillators to filter 1, others to filter 2, and have separate FX on each.

Factory makes me love being alive in the year 2020! :)

yeah I think this one is going to age well. there are not many like it and it sounds nice.
overall I prefer old gear emulating vst's but this is one of the stronger from-the-future type synths.

Agreed. It's fantastic.

I know they're selling them cheap because they're going for selling volume, rather than trying to innovate and have to keep the price high, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Heck, for $49, I think it's worth picking up to get a first hand test of how it is.

I don't agree with that whole "rather than trying to innovate" phrase. Their products are very innovative. Pricing Vsts is difficult. There's a ton of competition in a niche market.

Factory and Aparillo are masterpiece software IMO. I agree their products are very innovative. Can't be more innovative than those plugs! The sound and Visual feedback are top notch.

Factory can be aggressive sounding easily. It has tons of features and several kinds of oscillators. It is a very capable synth, while Aparillo is a wonder FM synth with unmatched morphing for great drones and atmospheric pads (not only that of course). Love those two synths

It's not $49 anymore, FYI.

What I think that sets apart Sugarbytes synths from the rest is their organicity. Their sound is like something that's really real, and moving. Hard to describe. Really unique.
