Here's a little good news about Native Instruments :
I've had a very pesky support issue for a while, and today,
their support team offered a possible solution, that showed
some deeper-digging is going on, not related to
following a common-issues type of flow chart.
Makes me want to buy a little something from them
next time I'm flush +++
Cheers

He ran into a support guy that didn't parrot in the first email back some simple text book solution to the problem that he already explained he checked out.Sinisterbr wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2019 2:15 amglokraw wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2019 1:28 am Here's a little good news about Native Instruments :

I miss their phone support, it was pretty good, with a few real stand out genius level guys that would work out your issue.

That reminds me, I've been meaning to call L. A.
and see if I can get lucky with someone there
Well worth a little long-distance phone charge, in this case.
Can't believe it slipped my mind for this long.

They don't have tech support on the phone anymore, been gone for a few years now.
MOTU and Ableton still offer phone support. Waves actually does as well!

To be expected after a round of job loses. Everyone that survived is going to be extra conscientious to keep their job.glokraw wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2019 1:28 am Here's a little good news about Native Instruments :

non of those komplete package instruments for almost £1349 are scaleable on 4K screens and not usable as they are very small, not like other plugins with 4K capability support.....apart from massive X of course.
daniel haver should address this problem and not sit down talking nonsense at meetings, lay off employees as he was the one who brought company to this problem as CEO.
he should have some dignity to stepdown and leave as this is his management which leads to people laid off most of them with kids and families.
the only thing he was able to come up as pure "visionarist" is that NI will go renting (subscription) like Plugin Alliance.
just my 2cents

Funny how people immediately pull stuff from wherever, when there's behind the scenes things going on.

Good luck
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.
