I cannot find any specific info on this problem. In fact, I can't even find a manual.
I have a tonne of presets but the paths must be wrong. None of my presets show up because they have wave files missing. I know this is a path issue but i've gone head blind and cannot firgure out what goes where . so maybe someone here has had a similar issue?

On my PC the factory presets path is C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/ANA2/Sound Presets/Factory/ANA 2 Factory
Sound files are in C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/ANA2/Waves/Factory and
C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/ANA2/Waves/User
Sound files are in C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/ANA2/Waves/Factory and
C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/ANA2/Waves/User

Thanks for the info.
It turns out that a few of the soundbanks I had were missing waveforms, so that didn't help. But today with a fresh head I've managed to sort it out..
I'm glad I stuck with it though. This is one amazing synth : )
