IK Multimedia Syntronik - Instrument loading error

I'm in correspondence with IKMM support about this but that's like pulling teeth.
Issue: Every time Syntronik Deluxe (Standalone, VST, AU) loads this message pops up, "Error. Part 1 loading issues, Instruments not authorized" (see attached file).
If I click 'OK', I can then double click the first preset and it will load the instrument that is allegedly not authorized.
- macOS 10.14.6 / host doesn't make any difference but mainly Ableton Live 10.
- Standalone, VST, AU are all displaying the same behavior.
- My authorization manager is the latest version (uninstalled including preferences and reinstalled - no difference).
- In the app settings info, the app displays as authorized.
- They asked me if I've installed the sound content more than once...I don't think I have but can't remember 100%.
- It happens on both the computers that I have Syntronik installed on.
Anybody got any ideas? I'm stumped and IK doesn't seem to have any idea.

If you have both the free version of Syntronik,
and a paid version, maybe their checking system is
wrongfully picking up the free version before the paid version,
hence the error, and by the time you click OK, the system has recognized a paid version exists, and that it's OK to load the instrument.
The free Syntronik is supposed to be kept in place by those
installing a full version ( )
and if you have SampleTank, Syntronik is supposed to be installed
in the SampleTank 3 folder.
Might be different on a mac, but insuring you have fully default
file paths for all the IK items might be important in the short term.
60 gig of synth samples sure are a temptation to park somewhere
off the OS system disk path
Cheers

Glokraw,
Thanks. Turns out the solution was to reinstall the standard version and reregister all versions. Works now. Still not sure why! All file paths were correct.
