I am wanting to buy Forest Kingdom II but I can not afford it, does anyone when best service has discounts?

Yeah, they have deals when the software publishers have deals. 
I will never buy one of their NI deals again though... they announce the deals before even NI has them, grab the cash, and then send you the key when they ordered the boxed software from NI. I.e.: Later as if you buy directly from NI. Took a week last time for me. Ridiculous business methods. I don't see any reason why not to buy directly from NI next time.
They have a forum here, BTW, if you're interested: viewforum.php?f=199
