Rapid's resynthesis technique is to take one sample and create another sample out of it. The resulting sample retains the harmonic character of the source sample, but is now a seamless loop without attack or decay.

Arturia's CMI V also has it. The result is quite degraded though, but perhaps in a good way, depending on your taste.

Alchemy has always had it - it was pretty much Alchemy's main focus from Ben's POV (and before that Ca5000 but not as good quality)
