Hi,

I've been experimenting with making sound effects and I've found a white noise source, with an autofilter and bitcrusher (crush) can make a nice firework sparkle sound, if I automate the filter width and crush %.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a synth that could keytrack all these effects. So far I've found oatmeal does noise and a peak filter following the key but no bitcrusher. its chorus makes a nice launch sound.

I'm hoping to make the following sounds, in key:

Firework explosion
Fizz/sparkle that comes after some fireworks
Firework launch
Screaming firework

many thanks and its there's a better way please let my know.

I'd like a synth for dishwasher effects.
I found that a synth uses less electricity and certainly a whole lot less water than firing up my actual dishwasher.
Downside: the dishes are still not clean. I'm still working on that issue.

Imitating real sounds using only synths, almost always requires a good dose of layering, and pulling off convincing results is pretty difficult.
First thing coming to my mind would be stuff like MSoundFactory or Falcon, maybe VoltageModular.

For sparkle/crackle sounds, my first choice would probably be granular processors. Those can ideally provide useful and versatile textures.
