VSTi for laboratory use!

Hi,

I'm in need of a VST instrument/effect that can be used to compensate for various traditional laboratory instruments. These are random-noise/sine(with log and lin frequency sweep) generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscope and what ever may come terms herein.

Does such a plug-in exist?
