It has a pitch envelope and portamento, and some PWM with an LFO effect with 2 detuned squares. Probably was originally created on Diva or something similar, and could even be a preset. I think most of the sound has to do with the glide being triggered automatically on every new key release and the envelope on the pitch and filter, the filter has a mid decay and short sustain.
