I can make a basic saw wobble in serum that sort of sounds similar but i need help getting that bit of groove that makes this sound work so well. any help much appreicated!

It might not be an LFO, they might be playing the notes frequently in MIDI and have played around with attack and release times. That'd be how I'd approach it. Otherwise, LFOtool or something similar on the saw synth is your friend
