What is the synthesizer/patch used in these songs composed by Trammell Starks for TWC?

Believe me, I've been asking around Reddit and nobody knew.
So the songs (Song 1 and Song 2) use this warm pad with a bit of chorus effect, and it completes the reverberated atmospheres in both of the songs.
In 2 subreddits (r/synthesizers and r/WeAreTheMusicMakers), the only guesses were it was either from a Korg M1, Roland D-50 or Ensoniq SQ-80, but no specific name for the sound. So I've been looking at sample packs for warm soft pads like from those songs but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
