<Techno> How to get this syncopated lowend/bassline?

Hi there,
I failed miserably when I tried to recreate that lowend. I know its just an instagram video of an unreleased track so its less than optimal.

So Im not talking about the acid line; Im talking about that subbass which has this nice offbeat syncoption even tho the rest is filled out with the kick subbass rumble. I tried it with synth bassline but I didnt habe success. Can someone help me how this is done?
