I recently bought a new MIDI keyboard after my previous one broke with age. It is a Novation Launchkey 49 and I use it with Propellerhead Reason 9.5. I discovered that some of the notes in Octave 7 of the keyboard, keys C7-G7 to be exact, do not trigger notes in Reason. A MIDI-OX test confirms that the keys are sending MIDI data, but somehow not in Reason.
I cannot figure out how to fix this. I really hope I did not just buy a keyboard with a bug that the developers are too stubborn to fix.

Email propellerhead support, but have you tried adding it as generic "midi control keyboard" instead of whatever preset they have on the list?
