I'm thinking of getting one of these second hand as it sounds like a great deal as I'm investing in some hardware soon I'm confused is it a audio interface with daw control ?
As on the thomann website is says daw control but could not find any info about ableton. Thanks in advance

It's a digital mixer with analog & digital (adat) io and pretty decent channel strip effects.
It also has buttons for start & stop, forward & backwards. I think those operate over midi.

Better download a manual and read it.

You need a separate audio interface with ADAT over SPDIF lightpipe to use it with a pc. It's not an interface for your pc.

Most RME cards have optical Adat.

Btw adat carries 8 mono channels one way. For more channels you need expansion cards in the 01V and probably clock sync stuff

The only mixer I know of with midi & audio interface included is this Yamaha ...

Looks similar to the one you already mentioned.

It'll likely be cheaper to buy an analogue desk and a separate audio interface with midi, or a mixer with an audio interface and separate midi interface. What are you using for midi & audio at the moment?

The Signature MTK is on my radar too. Do you have a controller keyboard with midi in/out? I use my Remote SL to send midi to my outboard gear.

That's cool man . Selling my soundcraft signature mtk desk was a big mistake also it's a great audio interface but has no midi though
