I want to randomize a single track automatically after every 16 beats (cycle)?
The Randolph feature and the track random require you have to manually trigger the random dice control.

How can I program this in Live?

Midi learn the global randomness control, or the right hand track random controls to a note (e.g. C3).

On a midi track in Live, create a midi clip for a length you want to trigger the randomness in, and draw in the same trigger note you used above (C3). Send the midi out from this track to the track you have Looperator on - you will be able to set Looperator as a target for this midi.

You should now have randomness in Looperator being triggered each time the midi clip loops. If you midi learned the global random control it will apply this randomness; if you midi learn the individual track controls instead, it will randomise these.
