Has anyone used this application to create installer for both wind and mac?

I am a Maize sampler user, acquire the license and I really like the ease of creating VSTs for both Win and Mac, but I need to do installers for both platforms, but I am a Windows user and I can only do wind installers with Inno Setup, but I want to do for both and I saw this page where it says that this application makes installers for both Wind and Mac, has anyone used it?
