Hi all,

Recently I was thinking about starting a service for SilverBox users to have your pattern programmed on our TB-303. You send us the SilverBox .fxb file, and we send you that pattern recorded from the TB-303 with the same settings.

What do you think? Would you use such a service?
How much would it worth for you to have a pattern recorded?

Feel free to post any ideas or comments.

hmm..

an interesting, innovative idea for sure.

personally I would not spend money for a ~1mb wav sample. better save for a tb-303 if I really need the original sound coz tweaking is the real fun.
things might be different if:
- service is instant 24/7. there was once a site (down now afaik) where you could upload a wav , which got recorded by a real big metal tank. anyone remembers?
- create multisamples. naturally you cannot record all possible settings, maybe something like ~20mb instead of ~1mb and a smart way to still go for 'real' 303 tweaking.

alternatively you could think about using the idea for promotional purpose.

i thought this wouldnt be necessairy if we bought your software, but the idea is cool yes.
maybe users could try the demo that way:make something with your vst as fxb and then compare it to the real thing...
Mr Alias 1,one synth to rule them all!
