I downloaded the Silverbox Demo v122 followed the instructions.

Cheers Mike,

Thanks for the feedback. SilverBox is currently x86 only. Unfortunately, it will not work in 64 bit hosts. This is due to the fact that the current version was made in SynthEdit, which can export 32 bit plugins only.

Unfortunately, you need a 32 bit (x86) host to run the current version (v1.22).

This issue will be adressed once the plugin is rewritten using the VST SDK (i.e. without SynthEdit). We're just back in business, so it will take some time before the framework is rewritten and is able to export both 32 and 64 bit plugins.

Updates and 64 bit verions will be announced publicly.

Best,
Peter

Thanks for the reply Peter.

I tried the 32bit version of Presonus studio one v2.5.1
It detects it whilst the DAW is loading up then a message appears that says,

Can't load Module. 'sc:BmpLoader2'

It keeps saying Can't load Module. etc,etc which i am guessing are maps & presets
everytime i press ok button. (which is about 70+times i press ok button)

When DAW loads up, i go into plug in folder, i drop it onto track lay a couple of notes, no sound though.
The only rotary on the GUI that moves is the volume.

So not sure whats up there.

Tried the Silverbox Demo on Ableton Live 8 Suite 8.22 x32bit & it works fine, no problems there.
Just gutted that it's not working on Presonus Studio One as that is what i work with now.

I'll keep checking in to keep up to date though.

Cheers Mike.

Sounds like the skin/image loader module is failing for some reason in Presonus studio. I installed the 32 bit Studio One to test, but it seems to be working fine here, both the loading and the sound:

However I tested it on Win XP 32bit. Are you using a 64 bit OS? Might be some folder access problem... Is your plugin folder located inside "Program Files"? If yes, could you please test if it works from another folder?

P.S. I'll install and test on Win7 Ultimate x64 soon.

Hi Peter,

Im running x64 & x32 Studio One on x64OS.
Tried different folder locations for VST plugins on both 32 & 64 Studio One & it is still the same out come.

What i did do though is use Jbridge by J's stuff & result!!!. :)

SilverBox working perfect on Studio One x32,x64 with Win7x64 using the Bridge.

Will keep you updated if any bugs, whilst i have a play about on the SilverBox demo using the JBridge.

Cheers Mike.
