Tim was both an inspiration to my creativity, and an exceptional human being. He will be missed.

My favorite TC patch is featured in two tracks referenced in this blog post:

Tim was for me a model. I just love his sounds, his fantasy, his creativity.

Here a track for my unknown friend. His sound, his creativity, my arrangement. Love you with all my heart, Tim. Enjoy the ride, my friend.

Tim's influence on my music and the type of music I produce has been immense. I knew he was into various projects and helped everyone in any way that he could.

My tribute piece, using Subconscious, a free soft synth, and three presets designed by Tim is found here: http://www.macjams.com/song/51612 (http://www.macjams.com/song/51612)

I hope that I've added this comment OK.

Thank you for posting. I'm having SUCH a stressful day at work...having to work late fixing other peoples java bugs...arrrgggg...

Then I see your post and crank up this beautiful relaxing soundscape.

True to the spirit of TC, I'm finding it very relaxing.

peace

I wrote this when cygnus was first released. In typical fashion, and now with much sadness, I never got around to posting it for Tim to hear. He was a great inspiration for me. Always kind, encouraging and enthusiastic. He will certainly be missed...

edit: sorry about the link, I don't know why it's adding a space in the title...

I haven't been using kvr as much lately and didn't hear about this saddening news until today...

I didn't see this deposit of Tim's tracks (that I sort of hacked into) posted in either tread and thought it was worth posting....

I'll definitely be working on a tribute track in the near future.
Ideas are bulletproof... I am not.

I've hardly been on this site for over a year so got a bit of a shock when I saw that he'd died. I have three of his synths and have made some use of them in the last few years.

This is one I posted on the AlgoMusic forum and which he liked.

This is my first song I have posted, I made this awhile back, however did not get around to finalizing it.

I used I believe, 7 instances of LinPlug Alpha, I loaded the AlphaCM patches designed by Tim Conrardy, and tweak them, some. The added FX came from FL Studio, Soft Clipper, Compression, and Delay.

I figure now is as good a time as any to share, and also show what a wonderful synth, LinPlug have with Alpha, please enjoy.

Hello KVR friends and family,

My name is Patrick McDowell. I have been Tim Conrardy's friend and fellow composer for over 30 years.

Like all of us I was stunned by the sad news of Tim's passing. We shared laughs, music, ideas, and family together. This year I am compiling, with his families permission, a library of Tim's sounds, patches, and music for an entire Library to keep his spirit alive within our Music Family. I have already begun this chore and have over 50 tracks, but need anything that can be supplied, songs, (MP3/MP4 or other formats) Photos, Patches, Software, recordings, tapes, or whatever you can supply.

I was overwhelmed by the response within the first 48 hours of his passing. All corners of the world came forth with condolances. I would appreciate all your effortsinto this venture as is becoming full time task.

My hope is to present this to the Recording Arts and Sciences for special acknowledgement for Tims Family to have as our gift.

Please help me with whatever you can.
Blessings,

Patrick
