A great choir like sound that modulates neatly in terms of volume. Classical piece of ambient overall I would say. Enjoyed listening.

This would be the perfect soundtrack for a science fiction movie. Some tense, suspenseful energy in the track. Cool work.

Seismic waves will brighten up your dayChamMusic wrote:I'm more of a Helioseismology kinda guy myself! :0)
Seriously, I thought you'd made it up until I decided to give it a quick search!
Weirdly, I then realized in a massive DOH! moment that a colleague of mine at school, (who is very heavily into all things astronomical in Birmingham, UK) has been linked with asteroseismology and helioseismology for years and I hadn't twigged at all!

Thanks very much for taking the time to listen and comment, Justin. Glad you enjoyed it Most of this is processed audio, with a couple of synths mixed in for good measure.justin3am wrote:Excellent work. Nice and dense without being overbearing. The pace of change is good, keeps the piece interesting. Love the little pings here and there.
Thanks for sharing!

Those vocal samples that seem to be well-suited to ambient pieces. In fact, I have another one one the way, although it's got a much "cleaner" sound than this one.htcnext2 wrote:A great choir like sound that modulates neatly in terms of volume. This was written with SciFi in mind, being the follow-up to L'Énergie Concentrée, and using many of the sounds from that piece.htcnext2 wrote: This would be the perfect soundtrack for a science fiction movie. Some tense, suspenseful energy in the track. Cool work.

Thanks very much for the great comments, and, indeed for listening, HM. Glad you enjoyed it

Wow! That's quite a response
You've made quite a few points in the YT video, and I'm currently formulating a response which I think will be too lengthy to make in a regular KVR post, so I'm currently setting up a YT channel. Let's see how this goes.
Glad you enjoyed the track and I was quite shocked to see it back in the music cafe after such a long hiatus

Includes one of my favourite sounds...
Choir!
Very cool, like it has been said dark and soothing, now that's an accomplishment!
The lead synth near the end was unexpected.

Thanks very much for checking this "re-release" out, John, and thanks for the comments. Glad you liked it
Ever since I heard "Ommadawn" all those years ago, I have been attracted to that type of "formless" vocal sound that appears 1:10 into side one. This was my chance to do something similar, but in a quite different context.

Thanks for taking the time to watch, layzer. If you decide to proceed, you should probably reconsider the plastic surgery choice, as this before/after image will demonstratelayzer wrote: ↑Sat Jul 03, 2021 9:31 pmwoah Tim! its great to put a face on a

If the images were after/before, it would be a reasonable ROI. As it stands, count me out
