Dig the consequence of sound and the strict abandonment of lyrics when there's nothing left to say.

(I'd like to add this piece to the Ashram - in case you agree.)

thanks :)
its my take on zen music, just plug in and let it happen, very therapeutic.

if you wish to add it to the ashram, feel free. but don't blame me if its addition has the opposite to any desired effect :hihi:

Post

It's not because of the effect. It's about mirroring. :)

I nearly jumped out of my skin when the track kicked in ... intense.

Post

i can live with that as a reaction :hihi:

Well done! I loved how the note bends fade into the back ground wash. Great dense drone.
Did you mic a cabinet or go from pedals to input directly?

Very nice! Just the right track for the weekend.

cheers :)

it goes from pedals to an orange microcrush practice amp, which ive then took a line from the headphone out.
I do it this way because I like to crank the gain on the amp post fx, but if im recording late at night which is usual for me, then im sure the neighbours wouldn't be so pleased :hihi:
but its all just one take, warts and all, you know me, im all about enjoying the process :phones:

the pedal chain for this was the volume pedal/shroom bloom (fuzzhugger)/darkstar (old blood noise...)/memory man (ehx)/ canyon[tape delay setting](ehx)/transmisser(earthquaker devices)
