A little sequencer experiment. The R960 step sequencer on iPad is triggering the synths. The main ones are UVI UVX80 and Arturia Buchla Easel.

I'm gonna guess that the Easel sequence is the percussive one. Isn't that one cool synth? I enjoyed this. Mix seems fine to me. A little variety in the melody would have been a plus but I'm guessing this was more to show off the sounds than made as a piece of "finished" music. Either way, it was pleasant enough to listen to.

Crisp, tight but still fully rounded sound...love to hear it as part of a complete piece.

Yes, this was mostly a test for using the iPad as a controller for sequencing/triggering things on the desktop PC. I have another little piece in the works that comes from the same day of that experiment. The Easel is indeed one cool synth. The beginning sequence is actually the UVX80, and the lower bass one that comes in next is from the Easel. Thanks for the comments!

nice arps... but man does not live on arps alone...
but by every flowing melody from within.

music will always sound robotic without the melodies
and people will always call it unfinished without them.

still an interesting well produced "experiment"
