Comments: Another dull mix. Do you put a low pass filter over these things? There just seems to be a blanket over the mix. Musically, it's okay. Just seems like everything that had to be said was said in the first few minutes. Needs more variety to keep me interested for 5 minutes. A melody would be nice. Oh what am I saying? We don't do melodies in this genre. I don't know. Just doesn't do anything for me. It's like modern Muzak.

you have some really good musical ideas, but yeah.. the mix needs adjustments.
the recording volume is noticeably low once again.
maybe you need to calibrate your monitoring equipment?

Sometimes i show people what i'm seeing and hearing on my end
as a favor... so, use it or ignore it...
this is a snapshot of the busiest part of your track.
Very little material over 5khz...

that line under "high" looks a little low... don't you think? there may lie the problem.

In my understanding the line should be right in the middle of its band.
OK, I try to add some excitation to high frequencies. But when I listen to my tracks between other tracks in my collection, I don't hear that my track sounds somewhat dull.

Added some warm excitation to frequencies > 2 kHz. Replaced file on SoundCloud, same link. Please, check it out. Is it any better?

its a big improvement with the exception of that clacking noise from 2:30 - 3:58 that is really abrasive in the 5khz freq.
fix that by lowering the volume on it in the mix then bump up the 8khz - 14khz a tad more and i'd call it done!

thats because they are probably dull too.
i think whatever you monitor on isnt giving you a flat response.
your highs are being over emphasized, therefor you are mixing them
down because you think they are too loud.
i equalize the signal going to my phones to sound flat
with a well mastered reference song.

Uploading new version. I listened my tracks using different headphones on different devices, and on home Hi-Fi system. Everywhere it sounded good as for me

interesting, well you got wags and biodiode also thought another one of your tunes was dull.
so thats 3 opinions and like i always say collective opinions merit much more than one opinion.
i think the high end sounds more balanced with the lows and mids now.

actually really diggin the track now, with the guitar-techno mix.

I can’t comment on the mix, but on the composition: Nice break at about 3:40 with the melodic bell type sound in the return at 4:00, guitar jangle at 4:12 sounded familiar. I like it.
