I really like that it is more melodically driven than most. I also like the overall tone of the sounds.
However, unless it is deliberate, many of your changes are skating close to all-out discordance. I am unsure if this was deliberate or not which is a bit of an issue as if you do want to do the "interesting" harmonies thing it is fine but you also need to make sure that the audience is very clear on your intent.
Are there Kraftwerk samples in here??
It could use more variety as after a while it feels like one long loop of bassline. Also a more defined center - if it were Krafties, that would be a clear melody or them monotoning about robots. Either way, this is how you make your track memorable and a need to hear again.

I do not think it is melodically too dissonant or inaccessible to the typical listener.
