I like it. It is lovely to hear a real melody work itself across time.

Shades of Chris Rea & Gary Moore. Both used drum machines at times so I have no issues at all. The mix should flatter the guitar as it is the bit telling the story. Sometimes tho it becomes a bit too peaky so the balance is a bit wrong.

I would like to hear some extra parts, strings etc. to fill it out and take it a bit further, esp at the end which just kinda stops.

Really nice work. Just the sort of thing I hope to hear.

This is a fine arrangement of the original piece (I found a 1929 recording on YT). The Telecaster sounds great on here. Was that recorded through iRig, or in a more traditional manner?

Thanks for the reply. The telecaster was recorded through iRig and tracks was mixed with the Sonar DAW.
