Whit a major boring track in A minor

Yep, after 30 seconds I was bored and almost turned it off. But around 40 seconds at least something started to develop. Not a lot but at least something. Problem with the track is that it's simply not long enough for all the subtle little arrangement "additions" to keep the interest, especially with a relatively static Am - G chord progression. The breakdown at 2:20 helps a little but then it's back to Am - G with very little going on.

The mix itself is fine. But there's just nothing here to hold interest. Not for 4 minutes.

Needs a hook or melody line ... the mix is ok.

Yes it is boring and that is somewhat the intention
Between the house, trapp, hip hop, rock ambient, trance, ect tracks
where everyone does his / her best to stand out, this is just ..... nothing / something

Then I gotta ask, what's the point? Don't we have enough stuff that's just blah without intentionally adding to it? Don't we at least want to make an attempt to do something worth while? We don't always succeed. I know I don't, but at least try?

Anyway, you went for something throw away and boring and you succeeded.
