Cool, enjoying the twang and trem.

Have you heard of the guitar group Shadows?
Reminds me of that.

Yes. I've listened to The Shadows and other guitar instrumental bands back on the 60s.

Nice one! The merge of country, surf and other unidentifiable genres is striking. Pleasently a listen of a different kind!

Great guitar sound, and you always manage to select songs with melodies which are well suited to the Rautalanka treatment. Very enjoyable.
Good work

Did not know about rautalanka before looking it up. Or that Laika and the Cosmonauts (a favorite band) are rautalanka. I thought it was surf.
How old is this pirate folk song? Or the time the song describes? Era of sail and cannon? Or earlier Viking type piracy?
Are there good old scandinavian folk songs about "Wild Hunt" legends? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wild_Hunt
The legends have similar imagery to such as "Ghost Riders In The Sky" and ought to make for a dandy surf/rautalanka song even if an appropriate old song does not exiat and a new song would need writing.
