This is my first release of this year. I really hope you'll like it... as usual, I'm only using my own plugin for sounds (only synthesized / procedural sounds are allowed), and signal processing. Unfortunately, I did not manage to finish the video for this song until the release day, but it'll follow a few days later, and will look awesome.
//EDIT//
I've finished the video of the track (took a month longer than expected). Watch it here:

You'll get a lot more feedback and listens on here if you simply post a Soundcloud link!
Thoroughly enjoyed the listen...main chord sequence was a little generic, but that was totally compensated for by the fantastic palette of sounds and the way you effectively wove them together.
Superb piece of glitchy, ambient electronica.

nice one. very good sound quality.
the only thing i personally miss: the track could have some more melodical fragments.
btw i listened to your track cube on youtube. is it "published" somewhere? very "Plaid-ish"; at least it reminds of them...

it is better to have a track with some mistakes than a track without any soul

Thanks a lot! I feel what you mean by more melodical fragments, I felt the same, and was trying to introduce some more elements that could have been considered a lead, but somehow I did not succeed, but instead, the mid-part was born with the heavier synth sounds and was happy with the result this way. Plaid sound: I'm sure, I'm infected by them a lot since I'm pretty much a fan.

Wow - that was really a very nice piece of work. Liked the way how sounds connect to each other in the overall mix. Chapeau!

Unique and interesting.
Must admit to being kept interested by the visuals. I was intrigued as to what would eventually happen. If the music was just by itself with no visuals then I'd struggle to maintain interest.
Did you do the video yourself?

Thanks a lot! I've edited the original post with the sound design breakdown video, it might be interesting to watch. Every sound is 100% procedural, no samples were used.kurt.zweil wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 7:52 pm Wow - that was really a very nice piece of work. Great sound design, and a very enjoyable piece of music. I loved the video too. It was a great follow-up to Cube.
Good work

The production of the video took a month (due to technical issues), and i did not know how to end it until the last week started...

I really enjoyed this, as others have said: great sound design, and everything works together really well.
