Could I please get a screenshot of how you've configured this?

Does synsonic BD808 have MIDI out? You can check this in the input/output settings of the plug-in instance properties.

I've checked for myself: BD808 does have MIDI out.

Architect is working, correctly then, as it will always record the MIDI out from the last plug-in on a track that has MIDI out. Which is what you'd want: if you had, for an example, a MIDI arpeggiator on the track, you'd want to record the output of that, rather than the MIDI into the track.

(If you do want to take record the MIDI input from a track, I'd suggest adding a dummy track, setting it's MIDI input to the track input that you'd like to record, and capture on that track instead.)

I am not sure what you’re trying to say .
Point is that the output of the BD 808 mixer track is not recorded directly from the mixer , iow it prevents the midi from the monoseq to pass through .

MIDI capture on a track captures the output from the track, not the input to the track. The MIDI output from the track will be the MIDI out from the bottom-most plug-in on the track that produces MIDI, in this case BD808.

(As a special case, if there are no MIDI producing plug-ins on that track, then the MIDI input to the track would be passed through, and in that case, the track's MIDI input and MIDI output would be the same.)

So basically, what is being captured is the MIDI coming from the BD808 plug-in, as it says it outputs MIDI (you can see this in the BD808 properties: it says "MIDI Outputs: 1"). And because BD808 doesn't appear to (in this case) send any MIDI events, then the empty captured MIDI file is discarded.

Would it help if I did a diagram to explain how this works?

Does BD808 have a thru mode, which will let you pass MIDI thru it?

I can look into adding a pre-plug-ins capture mode as well, which would always capture input, rather than output, from a track.
