The Hamiltons was so awful.
I did not like the movie The Revenants. The end just ruined it.
I LOVED the TV series.
It's like if Alfred Hitchcock decided to do The Walking Dead. Brilliant!!!!

What do you think of the TV episodes?
Intriguing, so far. its been done quite oddly with respect to the film, not just because of the 'returned' thing, but in that certain shots, etc very specifically reflect those in the film, while the overall story 'arc' is obviously quite different. (I also found it interesting they reused certain actors for differet roles)
Some very clever touches, eg the twins, and the interlinks between the characters, though, so its interesting.

Of course, TV series of this type inherently have the 'Lost' risk of trying to extend the situation through plot twists etc until it collapses under any conceivable means of explaining things adequately, but the connections between the characters hints that there's something unifying up-front.

Seems to be a town with an unusualy large number of redheads in one pub though. Even here you'd not see that many

I told my friend my theory about The Returned. The dam has actually burst and these people are ALL dead, but just don't know it yet.
She disagrees.

Still on rewatching season on of "orphan black"

I'd forgotten how deep the rabbit hole goes.

"This Perfect Day", based on the novel by Ira Levin.

I found that really fascinating, particularly about how it's affected actors performances (less setup time between takes etc).

Spring Breakers.
Which I really liked. Scarface of the new millennium. James Franco is unrecognizable.

Really enjoying season 1 of Scandal. It's short - only like 7 episodes. But Kerry Washington is not only hot, she can act. It can be annoying, but when it's good, it's very, very good.

"Miss Minoes", a children's movie in which a cat is transformed into Carice Van Houten (Melisandre in "Game of Thrones".)

She's good and cute. The movie is fun.
