2 Laptops rewire?

Hello,

How deep goes the integration if i use two laptops?
In my case i like to use Reason and Ableton(or Bitwig)
Does rewire work with wlan or lan?
Can i use one Audio Interface for both?

At the moment i use one Laptop with Reason. I don´t want to use a second screen because i´m run out of power anyway and a TFT´s have no battery powered wlan remote option(?)
