Efektor FZ3603 Fuzz - Which mode for Germanium type clean Strat tones?

Just wondering if anyone knows which of the modes is best suited to trying to get the type of sound shown here:

In hardware it works best with germanium transistor fuzz pedals, but silicon type works too.
