I'm a midi newbie, and just recently downloaded and installed the B5. The sounds are great! I am wanting to toggle the rotary speaker between chorale / tremolo with a foot switch if possible, and am looking for some guidance on how to make the midi assignment.

I am using a Roland VK8 keyboard as a controller, which has (2) options on foot switch inputs......"expression pedal" or "control pedal". Any help or direction to an existing thread will be much appreciated!

In the B-5 there is an option to do that, just use the preferences panel and select "use toggle for rotation speed" then in the left column, use the CC of your choice for the element "rotating speaker speed".

This is not working for me. I set "Use toggle for. rotation speed" to Yes, but it is still only fast as long as I hold the sustain pedal down, and reverts to slow when I let go. What could be wrong?

Honestly i don't know, there might be a problem with the values sent by your pedal, are you sure it sends 0 and 127?
