Navichord is really cool.. not sure if it’s the type of thing you were looking for(I think other folks were posting more like chord library apps, which this is not) but it’s great for approaching composition from a different angle

Chordmaps2 is my favourite but it is quite a bit different to some of the others listed above (which I also like).

I used klimper for a bit. Then found my knowledge of chords outgrew it. I imagine that using it contributed to that growth though

Have been using the free version of Korg gadget for sketching out quick chord progressions on the go recently too
